Mixed Level - Whether you are new to yoga or have prior experience this class is the perfect way to get loose. Flowing movements are coordinated with our breath to open and energize our bodies. Enjoy comfortable stretching and strengthening while sitting, standing or lying down. Learn breathing techniques to lower blood pressure or soothe achy joints and muscles.
Active Flow - This athletic class is perfect for those with some yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit. We increase our energy, explore aerobic sequences, and develop upper body, lower body and core strength.
Yoga Sculpt combines free weights with core moves to sculpt arms, abs, butt and legs. We can change the intensity of our work by chososing different weights. Let's increase our heart rate, burn calories and define our muscles (smiling is also permitted)! Please bring weights (2, 3 or 5 lbs).
Yoga for Stress Relief - Unwind, relax and let's hit that reset button. Sometimes we just can’t stop obsessing and our muscles remember tension. Gain calm, focus and more restful sleep through stretching, deep breathing and positive visualizations.
