Where's the Prenatal Yoga class?
If you are looking for the Prenatal Yoga class, just register for a Gentle Flow or Mixed Level class. I'll make sure it's safe for you and baby. Take care of yourself and your baby during this period of change. Gain flexibility and strength where pregnant women need it, while learning breathing techniques to gain focus and reduce stress. Create a healthy environment within yourself before your baby is born.
Core Yoga
You know that portion of class when we focus on building our back muscles, engaging our core and flattening our tummies? This is an entire class of that! We always bring some humor and lots of love into our Core practice. This class is perfect for those who already have experience with the Active class, Back Health class, or have prior Pilates experience.
Gentle Flow Yoga
Whether you are new to yoga or have prior yoga experience this class is the perfect way to get loose. Flowing movements are coordinated with our breath to open and energize our bodies.
Active Flow Yoga
This athletic class is perfect for those with some yoga experience or those who are already fairly physically fit. We increase our energy, explore aerobic sequences, and develop upper body, lower body and core strength.
Yoga for Stress Relief
Unwind. Relax. Let it go. Sometimes we just can’t stop obsessing about past obstacles or future worries. Sometimes our muscles remember or anticipate stresses and we need to physically release them. Learn techniques to quiet the mind and body. Gain calm, focus and more restful sleep.
Yoga for Back Health
Living with back pain changes the way you live your life. Back pain is not the same for everyone. Understand your specific areas of discomfort and the relationship between your back and other areas of your body. In this class we will work toward reduced pain, increased range of motion and greater flexibility. Private sessions are all about you. Whether you want to begin a yoga practice, work on a specific area (stress relief, back pain, anxiety, or depression, for example) or deepen your personal yoga practice, each session is customized. We start where you are today, work with your intentions and empower you to optimize your wellness. Private classes are by appointment and are $75 per hour. Gentle Yoga
This class is perfect for those who want to take care of themselves, whether you are new to yoga or have prior experience. Experience comfortable stretching and strengthening while sitting, standing or lying down. Learn breathing techniques to lower blood pressure or soothe achy joints and muscles.
Intro to Meditation
Many times folks tell me they do not want to meditate, but they do want to reduce anxiety and increase focus. Perfect! In the 4-week class, we take the mystery out of meditation. We'll cover yogic philosphy on meditation, why it's good for us and how the heck we do it. The format is informal discussion and practice. Prior yoga experience is not necessary.

POLICIES
Payment is due in full at the time of registration to reserve your space. Late enrollment is welcome as along as space is available. Please call for availabilities. The fee will be prorated according to the number of classes remaining in the session.
There are no refunds for withdrawing once the session has begun. 100 % refund is available ONLY if you withdraw at least one week before the session begins. This policy is firm.
There are no refunds for missed classes or private sessions. Missed classes can only be made up within the current session. If you miss a class or private session, you may attend a different class if there is space available. You must call ahead to confirm availability.
If a class is cancelled by the instructor, every attempt will be made to set a make up date. If a make up date is not possible, a refund or credit will be given for that class only.
Checks are the preferred methos of payment. However, credit cards can be accepted through PayPal. Please make checks payable to AJ Ikner.
